Thanks for stopping by! I play and perform acoustic music sets at establishments, festivals, markets and other events in North and South Carolina. Crowd participation, interaction, and listening enjoyment are a top priority. Therefore, based on audience makeup, sets are tailored to include many familiar "sing along" songs in the rock, blues, country and Americana genres. Of course requests are always welcome and encouraged! Please check out some sample muisc on the VIDEO and AUDIO MP3 pages and refer to the SONG LIST page for a list of current songs.
For bookings please refer to the CONTACT page.

I play at many events to support local charities. This year I'll donate all contributions from Market dates to the Children's Miracle Network - James and Connie Maynard Children's Hospital in Greenville, NC. My goal for 2020 is $1000. This is a great charity as it provides exceptional health care to the children of Eastern North Carolina. Donations fund the cost of care, facilities, and equipment needed to heal our children and let them focus on being kids!
I've been performing on a number of Facebook "Live" groups to provide entertainment during the Covid-19 social distancing initiative. I've saved and posted some of these videos on my Facebook pages @Joe Shingara, & @Joe Shingara Music.
Please come out, say hi, and help support children and families in need. Special thanks to Sam Weatherly and Dean Sutton for their help and participation this activity!
Sam Weatherly and I played acoustic sets at the "Rollin On The River Concert" with all proceeds going to the Ocracoke School hurricane Dorian relief fund. Sam and I were honored to be part of such a great musical line up and are proud to provide support for our friends on Ocracoke Island.
I occasionally play acoustic music sets at local nursing homes. I enjoy providing uplifting entertainment for the elderly in our community.
